RE: No local channels with Dish, what else can I do?

Well,I called Dish, talked to somebody in pakistan I think. He told me they cannot send a signal for just this one receiver, that they would have to change my physical address, then when I told him I would not be here,in this location, but a few more days,he said they can't do anything. Its no big deal, but I am thinking about calling them again ,and asking some more question's,or am I beating a dead horse?

No local channels with Dish, what else can I do?

We are in Alpine Tx,and cannot get my local channels from the Ftworth-dallas area.I can get the programming fine from the 119 satalite.I have checked for the right zip code, set azimuth, skew, elevation, run ck switch.I get 75 reading on the 119,and 100 on the 110,and when I run ck switch,it comes up ok 110 odd even ,119 odd even. When I try to view a local channel,a box comes up telling me that satalite reception has been lost, please wait.It has been cloudy here for a couple of days, but would it just affect one satalite?
Thanks,

Battery replacement question

We have a 2003 Ford Diesel, and it still has the original batteries, they are coming up on 5 years old.Should I replace them or just wait untill one of them,or both go bad? I know I will have to replace them both when the time comes.

RE: Brake Controller Error "SH" while towing

If all else fails, pull the drums, could be that some wires are rubbed and shorting to the drum, had it happen to me,pulled the last drum, there it was.Its an easy fix,but sonetimes hard to find.
